The legal battle over a trashed mansion between NBA Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen and lawyer-turned-stand-up-comic Lindsay Glazer Woloshin isn't over yet.
Earlier this month, Pippen amended his lawsuit to accuse an unexpected person of vandalizing his Fort Lauderdale, Fla., mansion: Glazer Woloshin's 5-year-old daughter. The amended lawsuit says the girl defaced his property with crayons and markers and that her vandalizing ways show Glazer Woloshin and Jacob Woloshin failed as parents.
It also added negligence and vicarious liability to the original accusations of conversion and breach of lease.

A kid with a crayon can do a hell of alot of damage.
Animals pissing all over the house can be even more damaging. You cannot just ‘paint over that’.
Took me months to find the source of smell of cat droppings when I kicked my stepdaughter out of my house for her behavior & also for bringing in a cat when I told her NO WAY.
Turned out the cat preferred the cold ashes in my fireplace to her litter box. Took months to get the stink out of the house.
You sound like you are sitting on your front porch defending your lawn from those pesky teenagers who ruin everything.
Five-year olds can’t be sued so he had to be suing her parents,
“The Woloshins’ attorney, Marc A. Kuperman...told the newspaper that there was no need to put the child in the lawsuit.”
I’m sure this is correct, unless perhpas she is in some way independently wealthy. Even then I’m not sure an infant can be held liable in this manner.
