The legal battle over a trashed mansion between NBA Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen and lawyer-turned-stand-up-comic Lindsay Glazer Woloshin isn't over yet.
Earlier this month, Pippen amended his lawsuit to accuse an unexpected person of vandalizing his Fort Lauderdale, Fla., mansion: Glazer Woloshin's 5-year-old daughter. The amended lawsuit says the girl defaced his property with crayons and markers and that her vandalizing ways show Glazer Woloshin and Jacob Woloshin failed as parents.
It also added negligence and vicarious liability to the original accusations of conversion and breach of lease.

That’s a misleading headline
Making the list of the most financially irresponsible players in NBA history is no easy feat, so were turning to the public to help him out in these trying times, Glazer Woloshin said. While were not responsible for the alleged damage and missing items he and his attorneys claim, we want to raise the whole $13.83 by turning to Mr. Pippens fans.
Referring to the set of Cuisinart silverware he claims they stole
she wants to start a go fundme site for him to raise the $13.83 for the cutlery-

Gol dang heathen kids!
I do not think Pippen’s suing the child specifically, in spite of that ‘zany’ headline. I think in this sort of lawsuit, all contributing parties have to be named by the plaintiff.
There are many questions. Does he always rent the property out for that long without anyone taking a look at the condition of maintenance? Why would a young family of three even need such a place so big, so grand? Was there janitor and maid service during this time? I can’t see the Mother/ stand up comic/ Smart Mouth cleaning that entire Manor by herself. Cleaning help paid by whom? Why didn’t the cleaners report any extensive damage? If I was man of means, I probably wouldn’t even be asking such questions.
Such are the lifestyles of the rich and famous.
“Glazer”???
A rental contract dispute
She paid a $50,000 security deposit, but the original lawsuit suggests that it wouldn’t come close to covering the damage to the mansion. Some of those damages were allowing animals to pee on anything they chose, damaging the front gate and destroying “countless cabinets and drawers,” the suit says.
The Woloshins’ attorney, Marc A. Kuperman, told the Daily Business Review that his clients acknowledged that some damage may have been done to the home, but nothing close to what the lawsuit alleges.
The Daily News is trash. It looks like a rental disagreement over house damage and an inadequate security deposit. The 5 year old angle is just clickbait.
The headline is misleading, but hey, that is ok for fake news creating entities.
Pippin p!$$ed away his fortune. He’s reduced to whatever his lawyers can pickup in lawsuits.
Bad headline. He is suing the parents, and the kids actions are indicated.
Im sure the mansion is salvageable. Unlike those God-awful tattoos with which so many pro athletes deface their.bodies.
I’m sure that Pippen is suing the parents for cleanup of the damages which could be rather expensive. This press release strikes me as a sneaky defense-attorney move. Any of us would have done a similar thing if a kid vandalized our property.
The headlines is wrong...if I wrote a headline like that for my school’s newspaper, I would be suspended from the paper.
The most overrated sports star in history. If it wasn’t for Jordan, Pippen would be a nobody.
Thank you. Or shall we say, another misleading headline among thousands.
