Definitely less “Casio-ish”, as already stated.

Here’s a couple tips, should you accept constructive “criticism”:

The Verse/Chorus concept works with instrumental music too.

Consider an Intro/Verse with the hook of the chorus coming in right around the 1 minute mark. Add a bridge (aka breakdown or middle 8) that is VERY different from the rest of the tune.
