They played a very brief clip of the radar video on Fox last night. I would be inclined to say it wasn't an artifact. However, to jump to ET as a conclusion is really off the deep end. There are many explanations that would make sense, but none as 'news worthy' or 'sensational' as UFO...

You know full ell that UFO does not directly indicate aliens. The US government does have another identification for those: IAC, Identified Alien Contact.
