President Donald Trumps state visit to the U.K. next month will be dominated by events with Britains royal family, according to a new schedule released Friday by Buckingham Palace. The schedule was released just hours after British Prime Minister Theresa May announced Friday that she will resign effective June 7, just two days after the president, first lady Melania Trump and Trumps adult children depart the U.K. The high number of events with the royal family in part reflects the fact that the presidents visit this time is his first official state visit, and Queen Elizabeth II is the head of state.

Trump should bring Michael Savage with him.
Will be praying hard for President Trump AND his security
team. There is so much hatred for him over there. I’m sure that stupid balloon will make an appearance. Jerks.
Then they should find a way to deliver Christopher Steele.
Probably flying his stupid balloon.
Since the Queen of England has decided to honor the President of the United States with a state dinner, any member of the Royal Family such as Meghan Markle who refuses to attend the dinner can be considered to be DIShonoring the President and his country the USA. That’s us.
If a woman is too incapacitated to attend a dinner a month after giving birth, she has important health problems, but as far as anyone knows, that’s not the case with Duchess Meghan. No one’s asking her to participate in a tennis match, only to wear a nice dress and sit down for an hour or two.
I wouldn’t trust one single member of the royal family. Is he going to have a food taster?
Has anyone seen Archie yet?
If you read the blogs, there is no “Archie”.
I saw the balloon and the crowd "protesting" around it. There were more people across the street waiting to get into Westminster Abbey.
Of course, the Ministry of Propaganda reported that throngs and throngs were protesting and the balloon was HUGE! In fact the crowd was small, and so was the balloon.
Aside from the "reporters" from the Ministry of Propaganda, London hardly noticed.
Of course her absence is an insult. It is intended to be.
Here is the breakdown of the visit:
MONDAY 3rd JUNE
The President of the United States of America and Mrs. Trump will arrive in the UK on the morning of Monday 3rd June.

The President and Mrs. Trump will then join The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall for tea at Clarence House.
In the evening, Her Majesty The Queen will give a State Banquet at Buckingham Palace for The President of the United States of America and Mrs. Trump.

The Queen will formally bid farewell to The President and Mrs. Trump in Portsmouth.
The royals do a lot of work for charity, and they attract big bucks in tourism for the state. Tourists love all that pomp and ceremony.
[Her Majesty should tell Markle to get herself over there, greet the President and First Lady of the United States, and behave like a member of the British Royal Family.
Of course her absence is an insult. It is intended to be. ]
Such idiots! That balloon was an embarrassment...For them!
They bring in more tourists than just an ordinary govt. would.....they pay for themselves.
I don’t read “the blogs” so I have no idea what that means.
Doesn’t the family usually come out and let the country see what the baby looks like? Barely got a fraction of his face when they left the hospital. Haven’t they been showing royal babies for decades and decades now? What’s the problem?
The Queen does not run the UK government. She is a consitutional monarch. Her role in relation to other countries is diplomatic but not policy-making or negotiative.
I read that he is not invited. LOL!
She is friends with Oprah'n'Gayle and the Clooneys, so I'm very glad Trump is not going to have to put up with her or be tempted to flick her away like lint off his suit trousers. Plus, she'd be in the same space as Melania, and she wouldn't want to let herself be photographed with someone light years prettier than herself.
