Happy Sunday All...

Looks like a packed, unique evening of Memorial Day, various broadcasting tributes, and Walt Whitman themes...the highlight seems to be ending with Suspense...

How’s the weekend going?

Hi Gina, am enjoying it. It’s hot, have been making smash burgers on the griddle. Will watch war movies on TCM tomorrow. You?

Sounds good!

Keith has been smoking a pork butt on the Green Egg all day. I had to work (from home) for my Arkansas radio station today, “running the board” for a remote, and now I’m starting on the side dishes for dinner, baked beans and corn casserole. We need our carbs! :-D

It's amazing you can run a board from home for a station in another state.

Check out All Recipes for great potato salad recipes; mine worked out great.

Yes, the technology we have is truly amazing.

Thanks for the recipe recommendation.

Suspense appears to have Richard Widmark as the guest star.

Don't remember it, though.

Gads. Either I'm growing senile, or one of my meds has rewired my brain weird. Just staying inside where it's cool tonight. The heat hasn't been terrible; the humidity has stayed low. Tomorrow I plan on getting some late spring planting started, letting the pool pump run (it's down 6" and looks like pea soup), then going to get a couple of hours of fishing in. A gallon of ice water and a camp chair with the ottoman and extra pockets will be coming along for the ride. I've got The Meat Machine ready to go, so we'll just grill some chicken breasts and thighs, and wrap some ears of corn in foil and lots of butter and put them on the side rack.

I really gotta get out more. *chuckle*

I’ll let you know tomorrow evening. LOL This will be my first test casts of my fractured, refangled body since last September. Lord knows what will happen. I could hook an eight pounder or drag logs all day.
