1. I’ve said all along that the report (and AG Barr’s summary) is Muley’s testimony. He can neither add or subtract from it else he is in legal jeopardy.
2. He knew he would be walking into a perjury trap if he testified before congress.
3. Any prosecutor knows that “the clear lack of exculpatory evidence is exculpatory evidence, prima facia.”

“””2. He knew he would be walking into a perjury trap if he testified before congress.”””

DING DING DING DING. We have a winner!

Dems don’t want him to testify and have the Repubbies dismantle him in front of We The People.

This statement today gives Dems cover not to call him in front of Congress while continuing their obstruction criminal impeach narrative.

Desperation.

No matter. Mueller is toast either way.

Without seeing the two scope memos from Rosenstein to Mueller, how can any commentary about the Mueller Report be accurate? It’s like grading a highschool kid’s research paper without ever knowing what he was assigned to research. Was he told to look into taxi medallions and loan applications, but not the origins and financing of the Pee Pee Dossier? THE WHOLE THING SMELLS.
