A question for liberals: If there was a test for Gender Dysphoria, and her/his parents decided to abort her before (or after) birth because of it, who would be wrong?

I never understand this terminology about being assigned a gender.
I realize we’re all homophobic or some such prattle, if we think a baby boy with a penis is a male, and then somehow we are imposing values on him by raising him as a boy. What the heck do these leftist want us to do? A baby certainly cna’t have any gender identity or awareness of those sorts of issues. So then is the whole society bigoted because people insist on assigning a gender to a baby based on genitals?
