I don't have the biggest garden here but it's a very deep bed of rich organic soil. The mild temps and lots of rain have given us a good start here in west Michigan. It's going to be a great year for berries, especially the wild ones. I've never had so many iris stalks either. I expect quite a show. It's just getting started.

My 10 year old paw paw trees have blooms for the first time. I am beyond excited. Reddish bloom in the center of the picture.

Besides asparagus I have dill, cilantro and Italian parsley coming up, some basil, brussel sprouts, broccoli, san Marzano and better boy tomatoes, a couple of sabre tomato plants I have not put in yet, some sweet banana and red pappers, Chinese long beans along the bottom of the small fence piece, bush cucumbers, a baby bell squash, romaine and red romain, green beans just starting to come up and my trio row along the fromt, green onions, 4 kinds of radishes (one is a yellow ukrainian one I love)and a row of green beans just coming up. I really enjoy looking at everyones pictures and hope to have more this year. Happy gardening everyone.
