Let’s see how this works when our side tries it against the next Democrat president.

At least in a real court, there would at least be the pretense of a prosecutor being required to show cause to a judge before getting a subpoena, From Congress, it is just all politics and hate leading up to their own subpoena with no pretense of any neutral oversight.

President better be working on getting his enemies on the ropes or he will go down. No more silly tweets about ‘but but they did this’. The longer he leaves releasing damaging stuff on his opponents, the more it will look like political retaliation. He needs a mega change in the narrative to get dems on the defensive. The dems play hardball. If his financial records show evasion and too much creative accounting, he will bite the dust.

Here is interesting twist: Have the Senate chairmen subpoena Kagan, and Ginsburg financials to see if there is any monkey business. See what kind of reaction there is then.

Every thing is NY is lawless. No good will come from its legal system. The infiltration is complete.

Ramos said he would not suspend his decision pending appeal.

Prima facia evidence this judge is biased. Knows his ruling won't stand, so give this window for release of the documents, even if a higher court bars them.

It's like saying, "Well, I'll hang him now, but you can decide later in the higher court if he's really guilty or not."

It’ll appeal. Can’t see the DC appeals court or SCOTUS letting this one fly.

The issue at hand more importantly is Nadler’s diet and how many buckets of fish he eats when he visits Sea World. The American people have the right to know.

So, how did Obama get away with SEALING all of his personal records (birth certs, schools, passports, financial, tax, etc.)?
