MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Protests are planned across Mississippi and Tennessee on Tuesday in opposition of new state laws restricting abortion.
Activists with the Tennessee chapter of Planned Parenthood are hosting a rally in Memphis at Civic Plaza at noon, in front of the federal courthouse. Other groups are expected to participate as well.
They said they want to show solidarity to women across the country whose rights they said are being rolled back, state after state.
Tuesday, a federal judge who struck down Mississippi’s 15-week abortion ban last year will hear new arguments about a new law that would ban abortions even earlier.
The law would ban most abortions once a fetal heartbeat can be detected--at about six weeks.

I see a lot of media stories announcing the time and place for these pro-death protests, but so far I haven’t seen any stories actually covering the protests, at least since the events in Alabama.
Isn’t today the day you mentioned the Stericycle protest, & their decision to haul away body parts?

Federal Judges will dutifully strike down every new Abortion Law being passed by the States.
The activists know it and so do the Legislatures passing theses Laws. If and when these get to the SCOTUS, they will refuse to hear the Cases.
