The Florida Highway Patrol has released dramatic dashboard camera footage showing the moment a shirtless carjacking suspect stole a trooper's patrol car and led cops on a high-speed chase.
According to an incident report from May 2, at around 4pm a trooper spotted a 'medically distressed' man standing topless on the side of Florida’s Turnpike.
When the officer went to get a bottle of water for him, 22-year-old Shane Jensen, of Largo, jumped into the patrol car and sped away.

From the looks of the mugshot he did not escape unscathed. Having lived in Fla. for 50 years it has been my experience that troopers here have very little sense of humor and no patience for foolishness. Frankly IMO he’s fortunate they didn’t open fire on him.
I have always suspected that Florida Man and Shirtless Man are the same person.
I noticed that, too.
