And was he an active homosexual serving in the Navy when homosexuals were not allowed and everyone was asked the same questions and signed paper stating that they were not a communist, a Nazi, a homosexual? If he sign the dotted line and was a practicing homosexual he actually broke the law. And that does not excuse him from being a lawbreaker even though the policy has since changed. So those dates and those circumstances under which he was in the naval Reserve need to be answered for.
