Parking at a hotel only EIGHT miles away wasn’t the brightest move, THANK GOD.
With cell phones able to reach EVERYONE when this happens, in some areas, chances are you gotta do a little more driving than that.

Pretty bold of the guy to snatch her in front of her mother - they need to throw the book at him - he doesn’t belong loose in society. Thank God she’s now safe.
And he went to a fairly decent looking hotel also!?!
You’re supposed to go to the seediest one you can find where no one wants ANY attention drawn to them and won’t call the police.

This guy does not deserve prison. He deserves a rope and a tall tree. He is of no value to society. Short trial followed by western justice. Hanging till dead.

The only satisfactory outcome of judicial proceedings would be death, and I’m not even sure what he did is a capital offense in Texas.
Often, when the victim survives, it is taken by the court as a lesser offense. But crimes like this, which identify a person with a lizard brain, should be punished with death right away, because if you do not, you are sentencing another little girl to death - you just don’t know who or when yet.
