That’s part of what made this whole case smell and part of why they had to drop almost all of the charges.
Waco DA’s office has refused to release the full ballistics report to anyone. Including the accused, who has the right to see all the evidence against them per the Constitution. That’s right, the Waco DA’s office refused to release the full ballistics reports even to the defense counsels. What they did release was pathetic, partial and mysteriously lacking in the ballistics information for the police weapons on scene that day.
I wonder why that might be.
