Kavanaugh is philosophically bent to keeping the Constitution as it was intended to be written.

You’re not necessarily going to get a pro-life position from somebody like that. However, better him than who the Democrats would have wanted. There’s a half-chance that Kavanaugh will cast a vote to cast down Roe vs Wade, but there would have been no chance that if the Democrats had successfully pushed out Kavanaugh.

Good point.

Not sure how someone can be a democrat and be against abortion.

Of course this guy is, but why is he a dem?

Seems if you’re against abortion you’re against freaks being created on an operating table for “sex changes” and gays getting a special law passed that they don’t need to protect themselves, and hell, a long list of other things the dems stand for.

Rather than a sweeping turndown of Roe vs Wade, Kavanaugh is expected to frame a ruling around the 10th Amendment.

I’m fine with that as it allows the fruits of Judeo-Christian morality to once again be cultivated on American soil.
