Grenadier Court is a condo/apartment complex with at least 7 buildings. Seems 224 Grenadier Ct LLC owns 3 units in this complex with a Albany NY PO Box address - Mack at #127, and 2 other units - #215 and #224.
FrankReport (online blog about the area) reports that Keith and his minions operated out of the condos before NXIVM bought houses in the vicinity.
Extra Extra ... Searching the owners of Grenadier Ct, I found unit #115 owned by NXIVM Properties, bought from Nancy Salzman 8/9/10. #115 owner NXIVM Properties LLC, PO Box 16006, Albany, NY 12205

Alejandro Betancourt Ledesma bought 318 Moe from Prorsus Real Estate LLC on 4/8/16, who bought it from Schuyler LLC 9/12/14.

I did not dig into Prorsus except on the surface and got nowhere fast - no names, and I did not look into Alex and Emiliano Salinas.

who stated that the feds plan on seizing certain NXIVM properties on Hale Road through criminal forfeiture (((but are only able to do so after they secure a conviction)))
I found 3 units in Knox Woods Development in Clifton Park that are NXIVM connected/owned...
#3 Hale Dr and #9 Hale Dr owned by NXIVM Properties LLC, PO Box 16006, ALbany, NY.
unit #3 bought from Elizabeth M Quackenbush 8/25/03.
unit #9 bought from Axiology (no time to dig on this) 8/9/10 which bought it from Executive Success Programs, Inc. (ahem, NXIVM) 9/27/07.
#8 Hale Drive owned by Executive Housing & Property Inc (ahem NXIVM) 3 Tallow Wood Dr, Unit G, Clifton Park, NY, bought 1/23/04 from Laury Fortis. 3 Tallow Drive Unit G is a space in a ofc/retail multi tenant building about 2 blocks from Moe Road (Betancourt).
Coincidentally, 7 Hale Dr is owned by Leonard D Dipietra & Nicole Rothschild bought 10/29/99 from Paula M Rhoney
Just wanted to point out that Flintlock Ln, Oregon Trail, Lape Rd, Generals Way, Grenadier Court are within blocks of each other in Clifton Park. Most convenient for Keith.
Taymor Trail (Sarah B) and Moe Road (Betancourt) are .7 miles apart from each other. These 2 addresses are at least 5 miles from the other TownHouses/Condos/SF houses I searched.
BTW, I listed the names in most instances of previous owners because I do not know all the names of evil satanic NXIVM sickos.
