Webb suggests that Bannon and Flynn were setting up DJT in Oct/Nov 2016?
I’d like to disregard this but DJT’s tweet today is ‘concerning’..
“It now seems the General Flynn was under investigation long before was common knowledge. It would have been impossible for me to know this but, if that was the case, and with me being one of two people who would become president, why was I not told so that I could make a change?”

I think he’s just making another point that when people in authority in the US are found to be at risk of spying/espionage then they are normally briefed/notified of this by the intelligence agencies.
They didn’t tell me about “Russians”. They didn’t tell me about Flynn. Why not - aren’t they supposed to? (yes). Why wouldn’t they tell me? (because it was all a setup to attack him and not real investigations or risk)
