This is such a sad story. Her Dad clearly deserves credit for keeping her on track.
Having dealt with being responsible for someone it takes a toll.her mother will not be able to get her back on track.
Mental illness and addiction are terrible afflictions. I fell sorry for her. Most people have a friend or family member who has struggled with this.
