I spend zero time on it
Like Einstein said, compounding is the 9th wonder of the world.
er, FR is social media.
They are overgrown and immature children-trying (and not succeeding) to make it in a grown up world
Ping.
Godly people make all the money, that’s just obvious.
You are aware that FreeRebuplic is, for all practical purposes, a form of “Social Media”.
In addition, most still have the attention span of a toddler.
College debt is crippling, even for those of us who have a useful degree and get a good job.
What I find the most annoying is how my peers have spent so much on video games and pot that when I’m in genuine financial difficulty from, say, surprise medical emergencies, the people in town just assume I blew all my cash on video games, when I barely spend anything at all on that stuff.
If you don’t believe that there is a God
and that he has a plan for you
the world can be a dark and miserable place.
That latest cell phone they buy costs $1,500-2,000 now
Good job missing the point.
Semi-serious question:
Does FR qualify as social media? I’d say, yes, mostly.
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11
Sure, they have their fair share of pod-eating Antifa-loving snowflakes who were all-in on Bernie and Hillary. But the Baby Boomers were pretty stupid in their youth - have we forgotten about the 1960s and then Disco? Every generation is dumped on by the elders, but in general they get more conservative as they age and turn out to be fine, upstanding citizens.
Most of the Millenials I know are either Deplorable or Centrist. Lately, they've become more horrified by their snowflake-bretheren, and are generally responding by doubling down on conservatism. Some 'kids' who may have chafed at Trump in 2016 are now thinking that jumping on the MAGA train isn't such a bad idea.
Given that Trump won by 76k votes, we need all the help we can get. I would encourage all people who reflexively bash Millenials to consider maybe inviting one or two of them that you know out to the range or something to loop them in to Camp Deplorable. If we don't, we run the risk of President Kamala Harris outlawing ammo while some of us middle age people wonder why the young ones didn't respond 'appropriately' to being ridiculed.
Godly people at some churches are helped to learn benefits of being employed, how to handle money wisely, and take care of your responsibilities etc that maybe some don’t learn at home or inschool otherwise.
We’re not jamming this place up with photos of ourselves and our pets.
As long as people learn those things somewhere that’s good by me.
yes, i just meant those things are all biblical so good chance they would hear it at home or church. yes non God believeing people can learn those things too. I just see most households caught up in entertainment, eating out or take out, vacations every school break etc etc all stuff that encourages kids to think money comes easy and always available for whatever they want.
How can they be expected to succeed in an adult world that rewards independent critical thinking skills, when they’ve been brainwashed for many years by the public indoctrination educrats to rely entirely on collectivist groupthink. They don’t even know who they are outside of the prefabricated hive-mind group identity.
