Staffers at a violence-plagued Brooklyn high school say they fear speaking up about the dangerous environment because the assistant principal is politically connected.
Tommy Torres, a Democratic district leader who ran for City Council in 2017, posted an Instagram photo of himself with Schools Chancellor Richard Carranza last week at a gala for Dominican school administrators in Queens.

This kind of incident is actually much more common than you would think. It's just not reported. NYC schools have become dangerous for students and staff. Teachers are routinely threatened with bodily harm, with getting fired, sustain physical assaults, etc. Students collaborate on writing false statements designed to get teachers in trouble and hopefully fired, often with the help of vindictive administrators--they don't like strict teachers, just the ones who pass anyone who can fog up a mirror. The idiot commie schools chancellor Carranza doesn't care, so long as everything involves equal numbers of each racial group. I am sooo happy to be free of this colossal libtard wet dream, having retired. THIS is a microcosm of what the whole city would be like (and it's getting there), what the whole country would be like with an unfettered libtard like DumblASSio at the helm. And he would stand up for the perps, so long as they were black or Hispanic, too.

Grumpy old fart: Back in my day, schools were not allowed to become violence-plagued. Meek and mild, we was. Why. the school slut was a virgin! Segregation worked.

I just love this quote. Who do these people think they are fooling?
Department of Education spokeswoman Miranda Barbot said.....The school appropriately addressed this isolated incident and will take disciplinary action.
Quite a fertile learning environment they have going there.

“... last week at a gala for Dominican school administrators in Queens.”
Do they have ‘galas’ for Danish school administrators, German school administrators, French school administrators? Or just for each separate ‘minority’ ethnic group. Even so, there must be an awful lot of galas going on.

I dont try to break up fights or separate students. I could get hurt, and I wouldnt be covered for that.
Id get a dean, or send one of the kids if Im blocked from getting to the door and phone. Thankfully, Im at a peaceful school this year. The discipline problems here wouldnt last 5 minutes at some other schools Ive worked at.
