Whoever the social media coordinator for the Padres is is about to get into a WORLD of sh*t with their bosses. They only have 400K followers which is a low amount for an MLB team but organizations like this treat their social media like currency, and as they should. This account is worth a LOT of money to the Padres.
Which brings me to my next point: how much money are you holding out for from the Padres if youre Ricky Padilla here? $10K? $100K? I mean the Padres just threw $300MM at Manny Machado without batting an eye and have a $100MM+ Eric Hosmer contract on the books, so its not like theyre strapped for cash (obviously). This kid better play this hand right and hold out for as much money as possible...
