I don't think one has to be as old as I am to remember the days when the force of law was marshaled against peaceful, praying protesters in the vicinity of abortuaries.

The courts went well beyond necessary measures to prevent violence or to guarantee access and egress, they imposed rules for the very convenience and psychological health of women potentially seeking abortions at the expense of the express constitutional rights of the protesters.

Now we have physical violence, intimidation, doxing even as legislatures proceed to condone infanticide. We shall see what the courts do with these new developments.
