Saw an update on (I think) Shannon Bream - AS I understand it, Rudy is NOT going to the Ukraine because of the appearance of political impropriety. But he is still speaking out for Biden to be investigates on this - sooner rather than later. He makes the point that by it being sooner it would be better for his campaign to get it out early before the race nears Election Day.
