Well it is absolutely racist, but not for the reason you imply.
This guy thinks blacks are more prone to breaking the law, as in they can’t help themselves, and thus are entitled to a pass, just to even the playing field of life.

The most recent I can recall is the state attorney in Maryland looking to overturn 5000 marijuana convictions or Grand Rapids, MI calling it a human rights ordinance, working to criminalize calling the police on POC who are "participating in their lives".
Those are just two I can think of. Many others.
And he perp now knows where the idiot lives. He may decide to return for vengeance.
I walked back and while he was still looking in the car, I said what are you doing? His response was, "Oh sorry, I thought it was my car" then he walked away. I immediately checked my glove compartment and discovered he had stolen my my prescription sun glasses where were in their case.
The only thing I could do at that point was go up to my apartment and call the police, which I did. They came and took a report then searched the area. About an hour later, they found the guy under the bridge over the river outside my complex. Meanwhile I searched thru the wooded area that he had to walk thru hoping to find my glasses but all I found was the case without the glasses......
That was the last I heard of it.
In retrospect, when he turned around when I was behind him, I should have decked him........Since he was only in shorts and a t-shirt with a towel, it's unlikely he had any weapon.

You are pretending that leftists see all humans as equal, when they have shown themselves repeatedly to have a very clear-cut hierachy of human worth based on which categories people fall into.

The letter to the editor writer is a fool. The criminal’s race means nothing. No doubt written by a NY liberal. Thus, the plight of the criminal’s is not only his fault, but yours and mine, too.
