There is no valid paper copy of Barry's Long Form Birth Certificate (LFBC) and the Hawai'i Department of Health--in the persons of Alvin Onaka and the person commonly known as Loretta Fuddy--declined to validly attest to that LFBC.

Thus, Barry had Fuddy, a CIA-connected person, authorize the forgery of Barry's LFBC.

The decades-long CIA asset Fuddy was gifted a High Value Target extraction from the work-a-day world via a faked "catastrophic engine failure" water landing of a Cessna Grand Caravan just off the coast of the Hawaiian Island of Moloka'i.

Despite her not dying, the twice-sued engine manufacturer saw fit to settle both lawsuits, for an undisclosed amount, but it was likely in the range of 7 or 8 figure range.
