Counter insurgency plans have been under continuous development and redevelopment since the Eisenhower administration.

If it happens I intend to go to Florida to try one more time to win someone important to me to Christ.
I imagine a civil war will take a while, with power and water systems down for the duration.
I do recall seeing a video several years ago of Marines training in the Yuma area on how to round up citizens.
As most of the Liberals are city dwellers, I think the power and water systems being down will bring them to their knees rather quickly.
The only reason these pin heads talk about fighting is because they are utterly clueless about the deprivations they will have to suffer if there should actually erupt a civil war.
Modern cities are death traps. It takes very little in the way of a disruptive force to make them unlivable.

The power plants, food, and water are not in the cities. The “country bumpkins” are not going to tolerate invasions of ferals stealing their crops. They will be shot on sight from long range, not in close quarters. It will be a war of snipers and guerilla insurrection, not hand to hand combat with commanded armies and organized fronts
