"Can’t imagine what remedial differential equations would
be like. Or remedial quantum mechanics."

They'll have to go back to basic addition, subtraction,
multiplication tables etc. and remedial reading. And not to
forget gay, lesbian, transgender/bi history and culture.

Something else happens that impacts the student body when diversity overwhelms academic standards. The affirmative action students tend to get tribal. When that happens the truly qualified students feel less safe. I’ve been in schools that kept their best students in one class, protected in the school environment. But getting to and from school got dangerous, sometimes imagined, but quite often very real.

This is just a small tidbit, but when I lived in Denver I taught at a community college. I really could not believe does the high schools have let those students graduate with the level of reading and writing skills they had. unbelievable.

______________

frankly, teachers should be castigateed and have their heads shorn and kicked to the curb. they participated in the death of our country.
