Rioter should be shot during the commission of their crimes by those who their rioting threaten. Even if it didn’t discourage other rioters at least those wouldn’t riot anymore.

Even when the cops DID respond...to people blocking traffic, etc. they wouldn't do anything but stand there making sure no one got hurt. Probably on orders from higher up.
They need to respond quickly and in force and roust these pieces of excrement and lock them up and charge them. Actions/Consequences.

In August, Wheeler attempted to prevent his own police department from sweeping up protesters manning a fetid, disgusting ‘camp’ at a local ICE office, which prevented federal workers from doing their jobs. Some ICE agents reported being threatened by Antifa types and left to fend for themselves because Wheeler forbade his officers from intervening to help federal immigration authorities.
In other words:
They willfully Conspired to Obstruct Justice and Interfere with Federal Authorities Official Duties.
LOCK THEM UP, ALL OF THEM!!!

Portland and the State of Oregon deserve where they are today.
I was raised in Vancouver, Washington in the 60’s and 70’s right across the river from Portland and have always been notorious for allowing the “panhandlers” to operate downtown without interdiction by the police. The slide into anarchy was showing signs back then.
