Cruz is a great Senator, but he's not a leader/executive.
Even now that he's grown a beard so we don't have to look at that weak chin.

The opportunity to make a difference. I don’t think he’s even eligible to be President. He can do some good where he is, if he wants to.
Cruz is excellent on virtually every score, but he simply doesn’t have the personality to get political support for the presidency. I think he’s finally recognized this too.
He will continue to be an excellent senator and maybe should run for governor when he’s tired of DC. Or maybe look for a Supreme Court gig?
