Maybe they were there to see an anthropoid about an equine?
It’s not a sketchy hood. Near Lucas Stadium, convention center, several bar/restaurants and hell, IMPD post is just north of that spot.
So the joke starts, “two judges walked into a White Castle at 3:20 a.m....”
Eating breakfast before going to work. I know people who begin work at 5 am. Sometimes they eat breakfast before going in.
