Man 'shoots his girlfriend and her son during argument over whether Chevy or Ford is the better car

Prosecutors say the Chevy-versus-Ford debate in Bedford, Virginia, last week got so heated that Mark Edwin Turner, 56, stabbed his girlfriend, then shot the woman and her adult son, Logan Bailey, before barricading himself in a home for more than two hours.

I had to read the whole thing couple of times to find out that:

1. Turner stabbed his girlfriend
2. Turner shot her son in the arm
3. Turner’s girlfriend was also wounded five times in the leg when she shielded her son after Turner opened fire.
And...
4. The SON’S girlfriend was also wounded in the back and cheek by ricocheting bullets.

Now, the son is a mechanic, so I would probably side with what he had to say. It’s a good thing for me that I wasn’t there.

Looking at his mug shot, I’d say he is too young to be an American Motors Rambler kind of guy but with his methamphetimine use and all, could be into the AMC Gremlin. Yeah, why run with the pack in a Pinto or Chevette when you could be a groovy lone wolf in a Gremlin?
