Sorry for this slide. Looked out my back yard, across the interstate, maybe 400 ft more and there it is at least one football field wide and 1 to 2 football fields long. Bright white the new illegal tent city. They built it on Border Patrol land, here in El Paso. Makes my blood boil.
Grrrr Sorry to hear that FRiend. You paid good money for your house.Property values going down..(((((Hugs))))
OMG, I was hopping mad today when my husband was out pulling weeds out back that we pay the homeowners association to do.
I would be livid if I were you.
I am so mad about this illegal situation I cannot see straight.
Why worry about infrastructure or Medicare for all.
We wont even have a country soon.
Everywhere I go no one speaks English.
Build the wall and round them up and get them out of our country.
Take pictures of it. Send to every one who represents you in Congress and city wide.
Tell them you did not defend our country for these people.
I tell that to people, hell the Vietnam war almost ended our marriage, now married 54 years and he went when he was called to fight for America, not for invaders.
It gets me so mad.
I am a legal immigrant and if I can come in legally they can also.
I feel at times that we have already lost our country.
This is in El Paso, from the 26th....

....Work on the tents in Northeast El Paso that will be a temporary holding facility for as many as 500 immigrants got underway this week.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection awarded $36.9 million dollars to the New York-based Deployed Resources to erect temporary facilities in El Paso and Donna, Texas, to help the agency deal with the large number of Central American immigrants who have been arriving at the U.S.-Mexico border to seek asylum.
The tent project is being overseen by CBPs Office of Facilities and Asset Management.
Deployed Resources will set up shower trailers, chemical toilets and sinks, laundry trailers, sleeping mats, kitchen equipment, personal property storage boxes, office space, circuit television, lockers, security, power and HVAC services.
Construction is ongoing, a CBP spokesman in El Paso said. It should be operational at some point next week......
YOW!!!!
Make sure your immunizations are up to date!
Make sure you dial the county public health department when you see any muck around!
And call your state and local reps/senators and give them hell!
WHO NEEDS THAT IN THEIR COMMUNITY??????????
