Seriously, the 5th pretty much implies you don’t want to lie and get hit with perjury and you don’t want to tell the truth and get hit with that crime :)
I saw a video on youtube about that real life mobster from “Casino”, Nick Spollatro, or something like that, (I’m of Italian ancestry and I can’t remember the spelling!!) take the 5th about A HUNDRED TIMES!!
I don’t know why he was even called in front of the congressional committee.
