Time spent at events such as parties and joyful social events goes faster and saves up in a “bank” where it is held with interest. It is then paid out during events such as guard duty or waiting for a tow truck on rainy nights.
No, that’s not it. You are misperceiving what is going on. What is really going on is that time is taxed. The Progressives long ago passed a tax on time and its taxed on a progressive tax table. When time becomes more valuable to you, it is taxed at a much higher rate. Not only that, they instituted Time Tax Withholding so that it is taken out of your time as you use it instead of saving it up and paying your time tax in a lump tax. Think about it. When you had a deadline for studying for a test in college or had a deadline looming at work, your time was very valuable to you and for some reason you never seemed to have enough time to get everything done? Right? Or you were enjoying your vacation, again, very valuable time, yet it just flew by. These are taxed at a very high time tax rate. The more valuable the time, the higher the tax rate the time is taxed at. Remember the time when you were first dating the love of your life? You could never get enough time because that time was the most valuable of all. Whoo Boy, 90% tax rate!
On the other hand, time while you are sitting waiting for your flight at an airport, not so valuable, so it just plods on. Low value times, taxed REALLY LOW. . . You don’t even want to know what the tax rate is for time spent with someone else’s screeching kids.
Time taxed from you is given to bureaucrats to spend on thinking up more useless regulations. . .
