MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ohio (WSVN) — An Ohio woman has been arrested for the third time in just six months.
According to Fox 8, 27-year-old Alyssa Zebrasky was arrested on an out-of-county warrant, Tuesday.
Zebrasky is no stranger to the law. She was arrested in December after she was accused of shoplifting and drug possession.
During that arrest, officers discovered that she had a warrant for failing to appear on a separate charge in another city.

De-institutionalizing has been a disaster. It’s bad for the mentally ill, it’s bad for normal people, and it has made our cities more dangerous.
The experiment was gone on for 50 years, and it’s why we now have a huge homeless problem that never existed in the past, despite the fact that we have always had poor people.
When we cleaned up the huge homeless camp in Orange County CA along the Santa River Trail we found that 1/3 were drug and alcohol abusers, 1/3 were crazy, a 1/3 were criminals. And the first two categories in particular blend together.
Something has gone terribly wrong in this person’s life.

Another explosive ingredient is the fact those that are mentally disturbed but can control it with medication once they are the age of majority no one can make them take their medicine. Add in privacy laws so you don’t know you have such a time bomb in your environment. So before you can say “Presto abbracaddabr” you have the Va Tech shooter!

I would think that successful shoplifting requires more stealth than this thing is capable of. Everyone is watching her.
What she has done to herself is tragic, heart breaking. While I agree that she is a lawbreaker, she is to be pitied, and help given to her to deliver her from her demons.

Drugs does this to people all the time in this country. Once she's on this path, she will never turn back.
By age 40, she will either be hospitalized, in prison or dead....if she makes it to age 40. There is no other alternative.
On a more positive side note, I watched a video a while back from somebody's FB page that showed a makeup that can be applied over tattoos and cover them completely. It was amazing to see what it could do to make the bizarre look normal again. Some hope for stupid tattoo decisions.
The maker of this makeup will make millions when kids start growing up and finding out that having a Nazi swastika in the middle of their forehead is not cool anymore.
Or a little bit of meth.

I know I’ve seen a thread about her on here before. There can’t be TWO people like her in the world.
A tattoo artist doing that should be drug outside and shot.
This person is obviously possessed, and needs the cleansing power of the Lamb.
If she turns herself over to God, I don’t know how they could even begin to fix all that.
