NXIVM Update.
No rulings from Judge Garaufis today. He only does stuff Monday through Thursday it seems. Next week, we should see numerous rulings since the trial is still slated to start on Tuesday, May 6th. I guess he doesn't like Mondays either.
Jury selection continues, and as of Wednesday the judge said there were over 50 candidates from a pool of 500 that they are still going through. They're looking for 12, plus six alternates, so the jury selection is going well and they'll certainly be able to seat a jury with alternates before the trial starts.

Could it be that NXIVM is still operational? According to statements by the NXIVM lawyer, they are. Holy buckets! That means that at least Clare Bronfman and Nancy and Lauren Salzman's allocutions that they had remorse and wouldn't do this again were lies. This ought to piss off any judge and he'll remember come sentencing time for Clare in late July.
According to the court filing by the NXIVM attorney, Michael Sullivan, NXIVM is claiming it is still a viable bidness and therefore has attorney-client privilege. The board members in this filing include Clare Bronfman and Lauren Salzman, and some others which we'll take a look at later. Both of them have pleaded guilty to some light charges.
Who is Michael Sullivan you ask? He's the former director for the BATFE. He's a nominal Republican. He now works for the Ashcroft Group. Yes, that Ashcroft. The former AG under Bush.
Why has Clare Bronfman kept the money flowing to the NXIVM organization? Why has she retained RINOs of such stature to continue representing NXIVM? Muddy the waters?

As I wrote about here I discussed Raniere's attempt to suppress evidence.
The government prosecutors have responded to Raniere's motion to exclude evidence collected that included the child pornography pictures of his then 15 year old paramour found on his computer. This is a good explanation of the prosecutor's filing.
Allison Mack apparently collected LOTS of pictures of NXIVM/DOS members' private parts, and forwarded them to Keith. She's already copped a plea. Let's hope Q is right and she's been singing since summer 2018.
Finally, I can't imagine that the judge will rule to throw out the child porn evidence. Remember, those charges aren't even part of this trial. They've been passed to the NDNY where the alleged acts took place. Regardless, there is a mountain of evidence against him, including testimony from at least one under aged victim that he raped.
Keep in mind, this is a Clinton judge. And the Clintons own NY. He'll probably throw a bone to Raniere, but not this one. It is a jury trial.

It is high time that the victims of these Libtard/DS/CABAL supporting evil judges are personally sued by their victims for their unjustified “leniancy” towards the perpetrators of these heinous crimes.
Surely they could be sued for violating the Equal Protection clause under the Constitution! Since they are federal judges perhaps several cases could be put to the “Supremes” for a ruling to see if the “victims” of a double crime could sue for personal damages?
