What bloodshot eyes!!!
Someone had lots of chutzpah to go up to her to begin with, much less ask her to do something.
wow........
I had a neighbor who once told me “We don’t like your music”,
to which I replied, “I’m not playing it for you”.
Not in Florida. We got 10,20,life.
Convicted felon with a gun, firing rounds.
She’s gonna be doing time
Bet you she gets less than any sentence you mentioned.
When I lived in Minnesota, I had one neighbor who would play gansta rap till 5 am. And of course I had to go to work in the morning.
Police would not do anything except call me a racist (btw I have NO respect for Minnesota law enforcement).
So I put the speakers against the wall, turned the volume up to 11 and blasted the metal. First tame stuff like Iron Maiden. It eventually progressed to extreme death and black metal. He then moved out.
Use a gun during a crime is good for 10 years, firing a gun during a crime is good for 20 years, injuring someone with a gun during a crime life.
Since she’s already a convicted felon this should have increased penalties.
If they don’t throw the book at her it will set a precedent that every lawyer will use from now on.
I agree and we shall see how this race card is played.
