I don’t understand that Cucumberpatch casting. Obiviosuly there plan was to have Khan but lie about it and then “surprise” the audience.

A simple throwaway line could have explained his appearance (if not the accent), obviously they would have had to alter it so no one would recognize SPACE HITLER, the History channel would be running specials on Khan’s childhood non-stop, everyone in the world would know what he looked like. But no, they said nothing, and student of Earth history Spock had to ask Old Spock who Khan was, WTF.

People making movies nowadays are lazy, stupid idiots.

It could have been forgiven if Cumcumber delivered a good performance. But the character was lifeless, devoid of charm or anything really. Probably the writers fault and not his. But I have to say I saw the first 2 or eps of “Sherlock”, didn’t care for it at all.

He looks like he should be on “The Waltons” playing John-boy.

The older I get the more trouble I have finding even a single new film that I would want to view. The most recent one was Netfilx's "The Highwaymen" and while I enjoyed it, it was not ever going to be in the top 100 films I love and would watch again and again.

Filmmakers today are lazy idiots and their work shows that in every frame.
