There are a lot of parasites in swordfish. Just make sure it’s cooked properly. In big swordfish, they can be 1/4” or bigger in diameter (dang Bourdain for pointing it out in one of his books...)
A guy I know grew up in the retail fish biz and said to be careful with Swordfish as doesn’t stink like other fish when it gets old and merchants want to sell everything and not throw it out.
