ICBW but I think the fact that it was harpooned (according to video) will also eliminate it from IGFA records.
Not sure about State record status, though.

I’ve never heard of a harpoon on a charter boat. I’m guessing a talking head doesn’t know the difference between a harpoon and a flying gaff.
