Glass is basically a really thick liquid.
So in a way, the windows are “bubbles”. In theory, left long enough, a window would break as the glass settles on the bottom of the pain.
I wish I could see pictures of them now, rather than take someone’s word for it that they survived.
Glad so many of the relics survived and that the inside looks like it may even be able to be restored somehow. From those overhead shots yesterday it looked like a complete loss.

Gee !I guess that glass was really hurting ! I hope it gets better.
