Here is my prediction of how it ends. Arya Stark kills Cersei right before she can carry out some evil plot she has with the Ice King. Jamie Lannister dies nobly saving the life of the 3 eyed raven, the same boy he tossed out of a window years before , thus regaining his honor by his own death.

Daenerys battles the undead with her dragons . After a hard fought victory knowing now that she is the Aunt of Jon Snow returns to Essos to rule there with Tyrion Lannister as her “hand” . Jon being the rightful heir to the iron Throne (he is actually Aegon Targaryen.) gets the Throne after having saved the Kingdom from the White Walkers. (I figure he fights the Evil Ice King and gets killed. After the Ice King turns him to an undead His Cold Highness finds out the hard way Jon cannot be controlled. Jon kills the ice king with the sword of fire.) He gets a dragon of his own out of the deal as well.

Good speculation. And once the Ice King is killed winters go back to being a normal, seasonal event instead of years long.
