Local new is reporting that the perp has a “history” at the mall. Banned in 2015 for throwing objects from the third floor. Banned last October for throwing objects at people in a restaurant and physical violence. The dude is insane. Nuts. Sounds like he identifies as a cat that pushes anything and everything off of shelves just for kicks.

This guy has a history, THAT INCLUDES THROWING THINGS FROM THE TOP FLOOR IN THE MALL. In 2015 he was arrested as having done that. He seems to have a penchant for tossing things from up high in the mall.
