if you are near a petsmart or a petco they have vets come in on Saturdays - call and check - a lot cheaper than a vet (sorrowfully..)
maybe wrap her tightly, like a ‘thundershirt’...

Hope your little one recovers. Few things break my heart more than seeing your little guys suffer, and you’re limited in dong something for them.
I was going to suggest assessing whether your dog has been exposed to building materials in your home, or something giving off a chemical odor.
Short story of a long one: my golden retriever went into seizures when when had promised longed exposure to new, fresh 3/4” sheathing underlayment that was out-gassing its formaldehyde preservative. Really horrible to watch.
Vet said the dog developed epilepsy. I said look into formaldehyde sensitivity. He bought my theory and pushed it up to the state University ag department who then concurred with Dr. EMI_Guy. Dog recovered fully.
That was 20 years ago, and I think formaldehyde use of that nature has been curtailed. Think of other exposure possibilities though.
Prayers.
