There were Sapeurs Pompiers (firefighters - literally sapper pumpers) on site during the renovation work. I think the person in the video is one of the onsite SPs.

They responded to two alarms. The first time nothing was found. The second time it was already too late to save the cathedral.

From what I have seen and heard I am leaning toward this being an accidental fire and not arson. It looks like the fire was largely contained to the roof area. The other damage was collateral damage from the roof falling in.

I’ll stay away from anything conclusive on my part while continuing to note the oddities surrounding the incident...including the almost 7B-euro involved.

Those funds, from digging around elsewhere appear to have been raised before construction and held in trust to be used as each project within the whole was finished.

Given the grainy nature of the twitter video taken from a cellphone recording of a TV set, might wardrobe like this explain it?

Report of no work being done not entirely true? I mean, it is MSM.
Supervisor checking work?
Safety inspector?
Someone retrieving their cellphone?
Macaroon clown on a FF op to unite the country?
