LJ, I have no knowledge, but just a suspicion that what they have may not be particularly functional.
Nuclear weapons technology is very hard to develop. FYI, the USSR got theirs originally from the U.S. (due to traitors in the FDR administration); HOWEVER, it is also true that the USSR has a GREAT higher education system for its elite scientists, and has always had thousands of world-class physicists, at least going back to the '50s.
China also managed to develop a strong research-science capability (i.e., physics) even back in the '60s. (As we all know, the Chinese are very intelligent as a people.)
Sorry, Pakistan, but I doubt you're up to creating much more than a dirty bomb or two.
Just my skepticism.
