How's it going?
Hi, Vision! How’s your weekend?
Anything new? I discovered a great marinade for veggies which I did at high heat in the smoker.
What’s in the vegetable marinade, and how did you do them? I mean prep.
We went and saw “Unplanned” today. A powerful film. I highly recommend it.
Um...........does anyone here read Chinese? LOL
Hi, Viking! Doesn’t EVERYONE read Chinese? You’re behind the times, Friend! :-D
I learned about three words in Cantonese from an old Chinese girlfriend I cohabitated with about thirty years ago. I couldn’t recognize those hieroglyphics today if it was the only way to deflect an extinction-level meteor strike. Connie and I are at our wit’s end here............
Simply cut up what looked good at the market.

Evening. No. And not sure I should ask.
Why do you need to know it, Viking?
Oh, that’s a good vegetable marinade.
You used it? Have you added to it?
No, I haven’t used it. I can just tell by the ingredients that it’s good. I’m a naturally good cook. That’s not bragging, just what it is. :-)
Well, Connie picked up a tablet PC from our son-in-law. He had a box of them he got from work and was seeing if any were good. This is a nice one - a Lenovo, built solid, beautiful graphics and sound. We did the usual factory reset, but that only takes it back to a factory state. It doesn’t do a full wipe and reload the OS from the cached backup. We can navigate the setup screens, but the original owner’s login credentials are still cached in there. Being an Android tablet, there’s an option to do a full OS wipe and sideload the factory OS, so it would be like a Windows First Boot. Here’s our problem: somehow, the BIOS is saved with CHINESE as the default language, and we’ve been Googling a way around it (or at least a translation) since we got home from church, and are drawing a blank. I might as well prop it on a tree stump and throw a few .22 rounds at it. LOL
And you might WANT to pop some rounds in it, if it’s Chinese. The hidden and backdoor vileware alone is worth the bullets.
There’s lots of content on the internet about this. It doesn’t help?
