I’d be agreeable for our military to go to these countries to “practice” on the poachers. Accomplish more than half the places they are at now.

Our military is involved. The ivory trade is run by Islamic terrorists. Ivory with transponders imbedded traced the trade routes from central Africa North to terrorist camps.
The Islamic terrorists sell to China and other buyers.
