I am skeptical of Lambert’s designation as a whistle blower. The names that I had heard were Bill Campbell and Nate Cain referred to as whistle blowers. I thought Lambert was likely a participant in U1.

Mark Lambert has been associated with CIA/Storzok and ran a logistics company-(possible moving/smuggling to overseas). There are also claims of past criminal indictments and probation. So I think a couple of decent sources are needing to be found as well as making sure we are talking about the same guy.

It’s been a long time since I researched him, so I could be remembering incorrectly. It’s my understanding that 3 others have made a plea agreement for U1. Lambert is insisting on a trial and will have an Obama appointed judge.

Here’s an excerpt and link to information that is shorter-summary, but covers the basics as far as what the case is about:

Case Information
United States of America v. Mark T. Lambert
Initiation Date: 01/10/2018
Prosecuting Agency: US Department of Justice
Name of Prosecuting Attorneys:
Sandra L. Moser, Acting Chief, Fraud Section, Criminal Division
Stephen M. Schenning, Acting U.S. Attorney
David I. Salem, Assistant United States Attorney
Michael T. Packard, Assistant United States Attorney

Assisting Agencies: Swiss Law Enforcement Agency , Federal Bureau of Investigation , Cypriot Law Enforcement Agency , U.S. Department of Energy - Office of the Inspector General , Latvian Law Enforcement Agency

Type of Action: DOJ Criminal Proceeding
Docket or Case Number: 18-cr-00012
Court: D. Maryland
Origin of the Proceeding: Unknown

Whistleblower: Unknown

Case Status: Ongoing

Summary
Transport Logistics International, Inc. (”TLI”), headquartered in Maryland, was in the business of providing logistical support services for the transportation of nuclear materials to customers in the United States and to foreign customers.

Mark T. Lambert was an owner and executive of TLI from about August 1998 through about September 2016. Lambert was the co-President of TLI from about January 2010 through about September 2016. Lambert was a co-owner and co-president at TLI with Daren Condrey, who was charged in a separate proceeding.

JSC Techsnabexport (”TENEX”) supplied uranium and uranium enrichment services to nuclear power companies throughout the world on behalf of the Russian government. TENEX was indirectly owned and controlled by, and performed functions of, the Russian government. TENAM Corporation was a wholly-owned subsidiary of TENEX and was TENEX’s official representative in the United States.

According to the allegations made in the indictment, between about 2004 and about 2014, Lambert and his co-conspirators agreed to make payments, and caused TLI to make payments, to Vadiim Mikerin, a Director of TENEX and President of TENAM, in order to obtain and retain business with TENEX. ..snip..

This will be something to try and research later-it’s too late tonight and My brain is tired.

Recently, we had a case of fraud in a local company. CEO was fired, an employee who had knowledge of it and benefited from it, when confronted by board members turned “whistleblower” in order to keep his job. He did not come forward voluntarily-to me that is not a Whistle blower.

So - just to be clear- I guess I should have started by defining what I think the term means - a whistleblower would be someone who came forward voluntarily and told authorities in order to stop the criminal activity-not to save his hide when caught. LOL
